From sourcing raw blocks to delivering refined surfaces, our manufacturing ecosystem is built for consistency, scale, and precision. This integrated infrastructure allows us to handle large volumes while maintaining the craftsmanship and attention to detail required for modern architectural and design applications.
Block Cutter Unit – The Beginning
Established in 2004 with a capacity of 4,000 m² per month, our Block Cutter Unit marked the beginning of our manufacturing journey. This early phase built the operational foundation that led to the launch of our first large-scale slab production unit in 2009.
Unit 1 – Granite Processing Unit
Established in 2009, KSG IPL (Unit 1) was our slab manufacturing operations. Equipped with four gangsaw machines and an Italian Breton polishing and resin line, the facility was designed to ensure consistent quality and process discipline from the outset.
With a production capacity of 30,000 m² per month, this unit set the benchmark for precision processing. Over the years, it expanded its capabilities with a fully equipped fabrication shop, including advanced 5-axis CNC machinery for complex and customized stone applications.
Unit 2 – SEZ Export Facility
Commissioned in 2010 within a Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Unit 2 was established with a strong export focus. The facility mirrors advanced processing standards with four gangsaws and Breton polishing and resin lines.
With a monthly production capacity of 28,000 m², this unit strengthened our global supply capability and ensured streamlined production dedicated to international markets.
Warehouse: Nottingham, UK
Established in 2013, our UK warehouse in Nottingham was created to enhance proximity to European customers and improve supply responsiveness. Operated by a dedicated team, the facility supports distribution, inventory management, and local customer engagement across the region.
This strategic presence strengthened our international footprint and reinforced our commitment to global service.
Unit 3 - Granite Unit
Launched in 2014, Unit 3 operates with one multi-wire machine, one marble gangsaw, seven multi-cutters, and three polishing machines (including dedicated polishing lines for gangsaw and cutter processing). With a production capacity of 1,100 m² per month, the facility supports specialized processing requirements and material diversification.
MergeStones - Marble Division
In 2016, we established a dedicated marble processing unit focused on the domestic Hyderabad market under MergeStones. The facility operates with four gangsaws, two Pinhe machines, and a Promoetec polishing and resin line.
With a production capacity of 40,000 m² per month, this unit significantly strengthened our marble portfolio and positioned us as a large-scale processor capable of meeting high-volume domestic demand.
NatureQ – Engineered Quartz Unit
Launched in 2022, NatureQ represents our entry into engineered surfaces. The facility integrates Veegoo quartz plant technology alongside Breton calibration and polishing systems to ensure surface consistency and engineered precision.
NatureQ reflects our strategic diversification into next-generation materials while maintaining the manufacturing standards established across our natural stone operations.
